Refund policy

  • Due to limited availability of boutique items, we do not offer Refunds nor Exchanges (Exchanges may be honored on a case by case basis only if product is still in stock at the time the return is processed). We do provide Store Credit for Returns. Terms outlined below. 
  • To be eligible for a Return, item must be in the same condition that Customer received it; unworn or unused, odorless, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. 
  • Honorable Returns are ONLY issued as Store Credit which will be in the form of an electronic YCC Gift Card. Store Credit must be redeemed within 30 days once issued. 
  • Customer have up to 3 business days after item(s) delivery date to request a return. To request a return, you must contact YCC by email at support@yourclosetchemistry.comProvide your name, order number, and if you are requesting a size exchange or store credit. If you do not provide us with the correct information to identify your order, the return request will not be accepted/responded. If return request meets initial guidelines, you will be  provided with instructions on where to send your package. Customer have up to 3 business days to send qualified return to YCC. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted and considered abandoned.  If item(s) are returned after 3 days, or does not qualify for return, it will be considered as abandoned and will be discarded. Store credit is not issued on abandoned item(s). 
  • Store Credit processing will typically take up to three days to process once YCC receives the merchandise. Please do not contact YCC with return inquiries unless timeframe has surpassed. It is highly likely you will not receive a response if inquiry is prior to allotted time. We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the return is approved or denied. If approved, you will automatically receive an email of an electronic gift card that must be redeemed within 30 days after issued.
  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs for Returns. Your Closet Chemistry, LLC is not liable for lost or stolen items. For customer security, it is highly recommended the customer insure the USPS package and retain tracking number.
  • Non-returnable items: We do not except returns for Gift Cards, Discounted or Final Sale items, nor Accessories (earrings, scarfs, belts, hats, purses, etc...)
  • Damages and Issues: We follow rigorous quality control checks to minimize errors on our end, however we certainly realize mishaps can still occur. Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged (we are not responsible for damage caused by delivery service) or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
