Shipping policy

Orders are processed and shipped according to the below guidelines:

  • Standard Domestic Shipping 5-8 business days 
  • Express Domestic Shipping 2-4 business days
  • Pre-Order items have an ESTIMATED shipping date which may change due to vendor's availibilty which is out of YCC's control. Customer will receive an email notification when Pre-Order items has shipped. Pre-Orders are treated as any other purchase and CANNOT be cancelled. 
  • Orders placed after business hours (Monday-Friday 8am-6pm EST) or on a holiday, processing time starts on next business day
  • Shoe orders do not include shoe boxes. A shoe box will be sent only upon request. Customer will need to request in the Note section when checking out. Please be aware there will be a shipping upcharge of $6 additional dollars for shoe box requests.
  • To alleviate shipping issues, it is the customer's responsibility to ensure shipping address, name and phone number information is correct. YCC is not liable for items returned for non-delivery. Under these circumstances, we will issue the customer store credit minus the shipping costs. Store Credit must be redeemed within 30 days from issue date.
